As part of our platform lifecycle programme, we will perform scheduled maintenance on our Hosted Exchange (SE) infrastructure: DAG members, mailbox / transport roles, and associated Webmail / IMAP / POP / ActiveSync frontends.

Service impact: Limited — no extended outage expected. Work proceeds on a redundant cluster; mail flows via remaining nodes during rolling updates. Brief latency, queued delivery, or re-authentication (mobile/desktop clients) may occur during individual node work.

Service improvement: Exchange SE stack refresh (OS / application updates, security posture). Thank you for your understanding.
