User impact: Users may have been unable to use Microsoft Copilot prompts.

More info: When attempting to use prompts, impacted users received the following error message:

"We are sorry, something went wrong. Please try refreshing the page in a few minutes.”

Final status: We’ve determined that a recent configuration change introduced a code execution issue, resulting in service impact. To mitigate the issue, we rolled back the configuration change and confirmed that this fully remediated the problem.
