Final status: We’ve identified that a portion of the networking infrastructure responsible for handling access to Microsoft 365 Copilot became unresponsive, which resulted in failures across the Copilot experience. We've redirected affected user traffic to healthy infrastructure and confirmed through monitoring that the issue has been fully resolved.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to some users, attempting to access or utilize the Microsoft Copilot service.
