Paramètres de configuration des comptes de messagerie boxmail.ch
Pour configurer votre compte de messagerie boxmail vous avez besoin d'entrer les paramètres suivant dans votre client de messagerie (Outlook ou autre):
Le nom du serveur utilisé (encadré en rouge ci-dessous) pour les paramètres "Incoming Server" et "Outgoing Server" se trouve dans le mail que vous avez reçu à la création de votre hébergement Web (Paramètres pour votre Hébergement Web -> Informations sur le serveur). Vous pouvez retrouver ce mail dans votre compte client, dans le menu "Historique".
Si vous n'arrivez pas à configurer votre client de messagerie alors veuillez ouvrir un ticket de support afin que nous puissions vous aider.
En attendant de pouvoir configurer correctement votre client, vous pouvez accéder à vos mails en passant par votre Cpanel (disponible depuis votre compte client boxis, dans le service concerné, "Accès au webmail).
