User Impact: Users may be experiencing issues accessing Copilot or generating responses.

More info: Users may see an error stating: “I’m sorry, I’m having trouble responding to requests right now. Let’s try this again in a bit.”

Current status: We’re analyzing available telemetry and user reports to determine cause of impact and develop a mitigation strategy.

Scope of Impact: Any users attempting to access or generate responses with Copilot may be affected. This affects users primarily in the United States, Canada, and Australia regions but may change as our investigation progresses.
