Swiss broadband availability in one place

Our live eligibility checker consolidates the latest Swisscom OCE datasets so you can validate fibre, copper, TV and campaign status for any address in Switzerland. Combine the address search with the NSN lookup tab to explore both current eligibility and historical predecessor lines.

Use the insights to qualify new service sites, prepare migration plans, or document network capabilities for customer proposals. All data is fetched in real time from the national infrastructure inventory to keep your sales and operations teams aligned.

      What you can analyse

      • Technology mix: fibre presence, VDSL capabilities, bonding speeds and g.fast readiness.
      • Capacity signals: supplier codes, apartment counts (BFS, Post and Swisscom), canton and municipality IDs.
      • TV & campaigns: UHD/HD stream allowances, eligible promotions and fibre extension programmes.
      • Operational notices: copper shortage alerts, building entry requirements and multi-language extension updates.

Embed the widget into your sales workflow to shorten feasibility studies and boost conversion on fibre upgrades or dedicated connectivity projects.

      DSL access guidelines

When connecting via the copper access network, make sure the WAN interface of your router allows you to configure DHCP option 60 with the value 100008,0001. This value is required for the Swisscom wholesale handover.

      Compatible DSL profiles

      • G.fast (ITU-T G.9700, G.9701, G.997.2)
      • VDSL2 with vectoring (ITU-T G.993.5, G.997.1)
      • ADSL2+ (ITU-T G.992.5)

Availability of each profile depends on the local Swisscom cabinet upgrade status. Bonding, g.fast and extended vectoring are shown in the eligibility results when active.

      FTTH access guidelines

For fibre (FTTH) connections, configure DHCP option 60 to 100008,0001 and set the WAN VLAN ID to 10. For PPPoE sessions on FTTH, use VLAN 11. These parameters ensure the ONU/ONT authenticates correctly on the Swisscom fibre infrastructure.

      Compatible fibre technologies

      • 10 Gbit/s XGS-PON (ITU-T G.9807.1)
      • 1 Gbit/s BX point-to-point (IEEE 802.3-2008, clauses 58 & 59)

Only Swisscom-certified ONT modules and routers may be connected to the 10 Gbit/s XGS-PON network. Check the eligibility panel above for fibre penetration, port state and campaign availability.
