What you'll accomplish
- Complete the configuration or task described in this guide for your Boxis service.
Prerequisites
- Access to the interface, device, or server described below.
- Information or credentials you received from Boxis (contract, welcome e-mail, or client area).
Note Boxis: Offers and screens may differ slightly depending on your product. When in doubt, open a support ticket with your service reference.

Click on the "Login" button in orange on the top right of the page and enter your email address and password , and finally confirm by clicking on the "Login" button.

Once logged into your account , click on the "Client Area" button and then again on the second "Client Area" button.

You're in your account , simply click on the menu item " Main account" , then "API settings".

If this is the first time you use this service, you will see a message "API is disabled for your account" . To activate, simply click on the " Enable it now".

That your API key was automatically generated , it 'll just paste it into the corresponding field in the application "SMS DESK".
Expected result
- The product behaves as described in each step (connectivity, message, or UI state).
If something goes wrong
- Repeat the step and check for typos (hostnames, passwords, ports).
- Note the exact error message or screenshot.
- Open a ticket in the Boxis client area with the service name, time of the test, and any trace (e.g. traceroute) if it is a network issue.
