User impact: Users may have seen failures when accessing Microsoft Copilot chat.

More info: Affected users when attempting to access Microsoft Copilot chat, may have encountered an error message stating, "Sorry, something went wrong."

Final status: We've identified a configuration change that caused a section of Copilot requests from users to be routed incorrectly, resulting in impact. We've reverted the configuration change and monitored the service health telemetry to ensure full recovery. Following validation, we've confirmed that requests are now being routed correctly and issue has been mitigated.
