On 12 September 2026 from 09:07 CEST, the first alerts were observed on a storage system at datacenter GEN01.

Possible impact:

Temporary disruption of disk access on some virtual servers
Intermittent instability on some services
Slowdowns on web hosting

A first engineer arrived on site at GEN01 at 10:19 CEST. Initial assessment around 11:10 CEST: hardware fault, likely related to the power supply. A second engineer arrived at 11:57 CEST; the affected equipment is being transferred to the workshop. Around 12:45 CEST, tests showed the power supplies are operational; an internal component is being replaced and further tests are under way. Around 13:20 CEST, the motherboard no longer starts; replacement is under way. Around 13:46 CEST, tests were conclusive; the equipment is being returned to the rack. From 13:47 CEST, storage access is operational again. As of 15:35 CEST, related services are operational.
